By accessing or using BigBankBonus ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and legally capable of entering into contracts. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
BigBankBonus provides tools to discover, track, and automate bank account bonus offers. We are not a bank, financial advisor, or money transmitter. We help you manage relationships with banks offering promotional bonuses.
All charges are debited via Plaid Transfer (ACH). You authorize BigBankBonus to initiate these debits when you link your bank account.
The Autopay DD Scheduler uses Plaid Transfer to automate ACH push/pull cycles that fulfill direct deposit requirements. You authorize these transfers when you activate a schedule. You remain responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in your linked account.
You must provide accurate identity information for KYC/AML compliance. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Bank bonus offers are subject to change or termination at any time by the issuing bank. We do not guarantee that any specific offer will remain available or that you will qualify. Past earnings are not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigBankBonus's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any bank's decisions regarding account approvals, denials, or bonus payouts.
You may cancel your account at any time from your Command Hub. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Austin, TX, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
